My work with Sola Salon Studios spans far and wide. I’ve worked with 20+ Sola Salons from the east coast to the west coast. Each location has its unique opportunities, however the goal remains consistent: use social media to generate leads to fill studios, create increased brand awareness, and highlight the benefits of being your own boss.
Case Study: Recruit Beauty and Wellness Employees to ‘Be your own boss’ with a new to New England business model.
Overview: The Sola Salon Studios franchise owners have a co-working style business model. Salon owners seek to fill their spaces and subdivide them into individual salons, offering everything from hair and nails to specialty esthetician services.
Challenge: This particular Sola was brand new to the New England market. Considered a “low-awareness” market by their corporate terminology. They needed a way to quickly gain awareness within the community and develop a plan to lease the location’s studios by reaching those with targeted job titles within the beauty industry.
Solution: We created a customized “recruitment + engagement strategy” helped to drive leads. This combined with niche targeted social advertising allowed us to recruit their desired audience to reach the 100% studio capacity goal.
Results: Our content has grown their social media presence by 500%+ targeted followers over 6 months and filled 100% of the client’s studios.
